Bentonite for acne
The gift-and eiteradsorbierende function of the bentonite can excellently be used for acne. Several times a week, a mask can be applied with bentonite. These are mixed bentonite with water and a few drops of tea tree oil to a paste, which should not be too runny.

The mask should be removed as thick as possible to the affected skin areas and is washed after at least 30 minutes to 2 hours. The mask must not dry on the skin.

Lemon juice and rose water for acne
Lemon juice and rose water should be applied directly to the skin and rinsed off after about 10 minutes with cold water. Lemon juice is a natural astringent (an astringent, healing agent) and a mild antibacterial natural products.

The rose water acts as a refreshing and renewing skin toner and also relieves the acidity of the lemon water.

Peppermint for Acne
Another natural strategy against acne is crushed mint. Mortars fresh mint leaves, wear it directly on the skin and wash it off after about ten minutes with cold water.

Peppermint reduces acne because it contains menthol, which relieves pain naturally and inhibits inflammation.
Acne is a disease that comes from within.

It reflects the imbalance in the outside inside. A treatment that focuses only on the external CAN consequently does not lead to sustainable success.

The following natural measures in acne are therefore not to be regarded as the sole measures. Instead, they complement the holistic acne treatment highly appropriate.
