Cellulite is the accumulation of adipose tissue (fat) subcutaneously in the thighs, hips and buttocks. This condition is present in most women. Although no esta a serious medical condition, cellulite can be unsightly and can bother the woman when wearing shorts or bathing suit.

Lot of cellulite treatments, including massages and cellulite creams are presented as having remarkable results. But, unfortunately, most of these treatments are not as effective as it shows. So what can be done?
